Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PrintStack.ai (the “Service”), operated by PrintStack (“PrintStack,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.

1. The Service

PrintStack provides business software for the printing industry, including vendor intelligence, job and customer management, billing and accounts receivable, shipping, and related modules. Modules are enabled per company and may change as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the business data you submit to the Service — customers, jobs, vendors, documents, and financial records. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service, including generating AI-assisted summaries and recommendations from it. Vendor records your company adds join a platform-wide catalog shared with other shops by default, as described in the Privacy Policy; your vendor notes, quotes, and unshared files stay private to your company. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, and no infringing or deceptive content.
  • No attempts to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants’ data.
  • No use of the Service’s messaging features to send spam or unsolicited bulk mail.
  • No resale or sublicensing of the Service without our agreement.

5. Fees

Paid features are billed per the pricing agreed with your company. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services you may connect, such as QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and shipping carriers. Your use of a connected service is governed by that provider’s own terms, and you authorize us to exchange data with it on your behalf as needed to provide the integration.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PrintStack and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the right to use it while your account is in good standing.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content (including vendor summaries and recommendations) may be inaccurate and is provided for informational purposes only — verify before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
